Snow and Bloesem



Irene from Bloesem kindly asked me to be a part of a new series in Bloesem, so here's some photos and little things I answered. I really like Claire Nereim's photos and thoughts that started the series. Thank you Irene and snowy greetings!

    oo you like it! i made it myself, or it's partly made by my mother because she cut all the rags and made the warp. now i'm starting with smaller loom to make something smaller, i don't know what it will be yet.

    i, too, LOVE the carpet, so beautiful! i would love to make one some day, i remember my grandmother weaving all the time when i was a kid. what a beautiful post about your home.

    olipa kauniita kuvia tuolla monta, linkkejä kun klikkailin.
    ja olet itse kutonut maton, ihan huimaa!

    nyt tekisi mieli hiihtämään lumiseen metsään, vaan täälläpä jo räystäät tippuu ja lumet valuu römähtäen katolta maahan.
